Mat Group Classes

Our mat-based group classes are the heart of KKRU — where movement meets community. Rooted in Classical Pilates principles, each class emphasizes breath, alignment, and core strength while incorporating modern variations that build endurance and mobility. Classes ensure personalized attention and support for every level, from beginner to advanced. Expect mindful sequencing, hands-on guidance, and an empowering environment that helps you move with purpose — both on and off the mat.

Semi–Private Classes

Our Reformer and Tower classes blend the precision of Classical Pilates with the individualized attention of a small group setting. Limited to just 3 participants, these classes allow for tailored instruction and hands-on support while working on specialized apparatus that enhance strength, flexibility, and control. Each class integrates breath, alignment, and mindful movement to build a deeper connection between body and mind. Ideal for those who want the personalized feel of a private session with the shared energy of a small group, these classes deliver a dynamic, full-body experience that meets you exactly where you are.

Private Sessions

Our private training sessions offer a fully personalized Pilates experience designed around your unique goals, needs, and abilities. In a one-on-one setting, you’ll receive expert instruction, customized programming, and hands-on guidance that deepens your understanding of alignment, strength, and movement efficiency. Offered on either the Reformer, Tower, or Mat, each session integrates Classical Pilates principles with modern techniques to support functional strength, injury prevention, and overall wellness. Whether you’re new to Pilates or advancing your practice, private sessions provide the focused attention and intentional progression that help you move, feel, and live better.
