Khetanya

Founder and CEO

Visionary movement expert and community builder leading KKRU with heart, purpose, and over a decade of wellness experience.

Born and raised in Atlanta, Khetanya’s passion for fitness began during her performing arts career. She discovered Pilates and became a fitness instructor in NYC. Her talent in the arts led her to LA, where she worked with A-list celebrities, reputable online fitness platforms, and premier LA studios — solidifying her impact on the wellness space.

Khetanya is driven by a deep commitment to creating holistic wellness experiences. Her adaptability, empathy, and deep-rooted expertise allow her to tailor each experience with intention. This calling led her back home to Atlanta, where she continues to build empowering online and in-person communities, sharing the movement practices she believes in with heart, purpose, and vision.

In 2023, she established KKRU, a comprehensive wellness brand, with the goal of expanding the boutique fitness industry in new ways. Khetanya’s ‘KRU’, stands for her motto, Keep Reaching Up, and promotes her goal of empowering personal growth for like-minded and forward-focused individuals.

Inga Harmon

Yoga Teacher

Inga first began practicing yoga in 2016 out of a need to slow the mind. The pace and ebbs and flows of entrepreneurship, life changes, looking for something that quenches the thirst of working out while centering the mind led Inga to the mat. She found her place with the combination of heat and movement and completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training. Inga is a powerhouse of movement, mindset, and motivation. Merging sweat, self-realization, and strength to create an experience that goes beyond the mat. Known for her high-energy flows and grounded presence, Inga leads with purpose, helping students tap into their inner fire through intentional movement, deep breath work, and unapologetic self-awareness. Rooted in her mantra #KeepItMovin, Inga’s approach to yoga is about more than flexibility-it is about showing up for yourself, moving through resistance, and reclaiming your power in every pose.

Izzi Jaiyesimi

Yoga Teacher

Izzi was a student athlete growing up and developed the habit of movement early on. Her first yoga class felt native to her and once she started, she simply kept going. Her first teaching certification came in 2020. The day after her graduation, she hosted her very first class. Over the years she has come to teach and practice Vinyasa, Yin and Hatha yoga. Off the mat, she enjoys anything creative, time spent in nature, travel, good food, and the people she loves. Her personal practice is not only physical, but spiritual. She believes that yoga is a practice of deep breathing, discipline, and emotional regulation used to change the outside world from the inside.
