KKRU (Khetanya's KRU) means Keep Reaching Up. It reflects our founder's philosophy of continuous growth, transformation, and commitment to personal wellness through movement, strength, and community.

We offer individualized training through semi-private sessions (3-on-1) or personal sessions (1-on-1). These Classical Pilates Reformer or Tower-based classes are held in an intimate setting to address your unique goals — from strength and mobility to recovery and progression.
Our flagship studio is located in the heart of Atlanta’s West End at 1062 Ralph David Abernathy Blvd SW. We also offer an On Demand digital library of Pilates, strength, and cardio classes, as well as pop-up classes throughout the city.

Yes. Single-use, drop-in options are available for both mat-based and apparatus-based classes. You can book online or through our mobile app.
Absolutely. We welcome all levels! Our instructors provide modifications and support to help you build strength and confidence, whether you’re just starting or looking to deepen your practice.
We recommend brining water, comfortable, form-fitting workout clothes, and a towel (optional). Grippy socks are not required and shoes are prohibited in the studio spaces. Mats and props are provided, but you are welcome to bring your own.
Our mat classes accommodate up to 25 participants, while reformer and tower classes are limited to smaller groups (typically 1–3) for a more personalized experience.
Yes. We offer personal training sessions (1:1) and semi-private classes (3:1) using the Classical Pilates Reformer, Tower, or Mat as a foundation. Click here to book a semi-private class or email us to schedule a private session.
Group classes must be canceled at least 8 hours in advance to avoid a late cancel fee. Private sessions require 24-hour notice. We appreciate your understanding and commitment to community respect.
Bookings can be made through our website, mobile app, or in-studio. Classes fill quickly, so we recommend reserving your spot in advance.
Yes! We offer monthly sound baths, wellness workshops, teacher trainings, and pop-up classes throughout Atlanta. Join our newsletter to stay in the know.

Pilates in the Park 501(c)(3) is one of our beloved community outreach offerings — outdoor mat-based classes hosted monthly in Grant Park, Atlanta. KKRU, on the other hand, is our full-service wellness studio and platform offering a wide range of in-studio and on-demand classes, private training, sound healing, teacher training, and curated wellness programs. While Pilates in the Park is a seasonal event series, KKRU is the home base for our deeper, ongoing community, movement, and growth.
