Day 1  |  Arrival

Saturday, November 9

Upon arrival at Chiang Mai International Airport, you will be transferred to your hotel. Spend the afternoon settling into your accommodations or go for a walk around the streets of the former capital of the independent Lanna Kingdom. Finish the first day with a farm-to-table welcome dinner at your hotel.

Day 4  |  Suan Dok Temple

Tuesday, November 11

Start the day with an alms-giving service with local monks. Then, visit Suan Dok Temple (Flower Garden Temple), the site of dozens of small white chedi, about three to six meters high. Finally, visit the ‘monk-chat’ area — an open forum to speak with monks and learn more about Thai Buddhist religion, culture, and traditions.

Day 7  |  Elephant Sanctuary

Friday, November 15

Travel through beautiful Thai landscapes to the Elephant Jungle Sanctuary, to learn about elephant welfare programs, their natural habitat, and elephant behaviors. Feed the animals fresh fruits and vegetables and immerse yourself in a mud bath with your new gray friends. End the day with a refreshing shower and dinner of delicious Thai food, freshly cooked by the team.

Day 2  |  Doi Suthep

Sunday, November 10

Relax into the first day of your fitness retreat with a morning wellness practice. Visit 600-year-old Wat Pra That Doi Suthep, one of Chiang Mai's most popular sites. Finish your day with an unforgettable Thai culinary experience  — a guided tasting tour to sample the delights of Thai cuisine.

Day 5  |  Shop & Explore

Wednesday, November 13

Begin your morning with a wellness activity and hotel breakfast. Take part in an independent excursion or head to downtown Chiang Mai for shopping and exploration where you can enjoy the area on your own. After an optional afternoon wellness activity, join your group for dinner in Chiang Mai Town.

Day 8  |  Relax & Explore

Saturday, November 16

Begin your morning with a fitness class and breakfast at the hotel. Spend the rest of the morning at leisure relaxing, meditating, indulging in a Thai massage or other spa treatment. The day is yours to explore Chiang Mai independently and engage in any last-minute souvenir shopping. Finally, join your group for a Farewell Dinner.

Day 3  |  Mae Ping River Tour

Monday, November 10

Begin your morning with a nutritious breakfast & wellness activity at your hotel. Then, embark on a relaxing tour to Wat Chai Mongkok Pier and cruise the Mae Ping River by local long-tail boat. Enjoy a locally prepared lunch and then stop by a fresh food market to see the abundance of crops grown in this fertile area.

Day 6  |  Wiang Kum Kam

Thursday, November 14

A morning of wellness and a delicious breakfast at your hotel is followed by a journey to the historic settlement of Wiang Kum Kam, the former capital of the Lanna empire. A bicycle tour along the Ping River will take you past temples and ruins dating back hundreds of years.

Day 9  |  Departure

Sunday, November 17

It's time to say farewell to your Thailand retreat! Today, you'll savor one more breakfast and wellness activity in Chiang Mai before your transfer to the airport for your flight home.
