We’re especially excited to see members of the KKRU community represented throughout the day! Sumanah will lead Strength Is Not the Absence of Softness, and Marsha will join Tie Simpson for Grounded Courage: Movement, Sound + Yoga Nidra.

Atlanta Streets Alive:
West End to Grant Park

Sunday, October 18th from 2:00 – 6:00 pm

1062 Ralph David Abernathy Boulevard SW Atlanta, GA 30310

Come experience Atlanta on foot during Atlanta Streets Alive: West End to Grant Park! With streets opened up for walking, biking, exploring, and connecting, it’s the perfect opportunity to get outside and show some love to our local neighborhoods.

KKRU is located at the far west end of the route, and we’ll be outside painting pumpkins and sharing good vibes with the community. Stop by the studio, get creative with us, meet your neighbors, and then make your way along the route to discover local businesses and everything the West End has to offer.

The Afterglow Experience

Join KKRU and LexipureSkin Aesthetics for The Afterglow, an intimate evening where movement meets skin wellness.

We’ll begin with a 50-minute Pilates class led by KKRU, followed by time to reset and refresh before transitioning into an interactive post-movement skincare ritual led by LexipureSkin Aesthetics. Together, we’ll explore “The Skin After Movement”— from sweat and post-workout cleansing to hydration, congestion, and supporting your skin barrier. You’ll be guided through a simple Cleanse, Mist & Restore ritual designed to leave your skin refreshed and glowing, while learning an approachable routine you can recreate at home.
