Prenatal Series: Preparing for Birth with Strength and Ease
Saturdays at 1:15 p.m. | May 9th – 30th

A thoughtful and supportive 4-week prenatal yoga & maternal wellness series with Nandi Jacobs, designed to meet you in every stage of pregnancy. Each week explores movement, breath, and awareness tailored toward each trimester, helping you feel grounded, strong, and connected to your changing body. This offering at KKRU creates space for both preparation and restoration, whether you are moving toward childbirth or gently rebuilding strength postpartum.

Each class will begin with gentle movement led by prenatal yoga instructor, mom, and doula Nandi Jacobs. The series will center around slowing down, building trust in your body, and caring for your nervous system. Drawing from her experience in maternal health and birth support, Nandi offers safe, intentional sequences that honor choice and adaptability.
Our first class, on May 9th, invites a special guest, Midwife Mama Sarahn of Birth in the Tradition. Her expertise offers quality prenatal, labor, birth, and postpartum care to expecting mothers. She balances traditional and evidence-based practices with modern day trends to support expansion and trust in holistic, safe home-births. Following your yoga practice, savor tea time with Mama Sarahn in a safe, communal space where participants may ask questions and connect over shared experiences.​
